Which rapid EV charging network is cheapest in the UK?
EV·Echo Price Watch, verified 2 October 2026: Arnold Clark Charge has the lowest walk-up rapid charging price of the 7 GB networks compared, 55p/kWh, 4p below the next, MFG EV Power at 59p/kWh.
“Walk-up” means paying by bank card with no app, membership or subscription. Subscription and app-only rates can be lower, and they are not part of this comparison.
7 networks have a single verified network rate today: Arnold Clark Charge, InstaVolt, MFG EV Power, IONITY, Pod Point, Osprey and bp pulse. Networks that set their price site by site (Evolt) are listed but not ranked. GRIDSERVE, Shell Recharge and Tesla Supercharger are not ranked either, because there is no single published walk-up rate to compare, or none at all.
